Kawasaki zxr400 alloy fuel cell/tank race use only. Made to fit L model with fuel carried low and a rising baffle to slow fuel swill under braking.

Tapox lined Easy to fit just 2 holes in sub frame. Remove breather pipe from top of gearbox and fit copper bend as low as possible facing backwards join with a short piece of breather pipe cut off. And lower the fuel pump with studs provided by 30mill.

Bend down the front tags and cut off drill and bolt on the front bar to rest on your air box. When fitted a gap is left under the slope of the air box 15/20 mil fit a new piece of fuel pipe from the the tap to the filter in a long loop. 2 long studs are are for raising the seat front/rear tank cover about 23 mill THE OUTLET ON THE FUEL TAP IS SLIGHTLY SMALLER THAN STANDARD BUT BOLT CENTRES ARE THE SAME. 8 LITRES OF WATER WILL RUN OUT OF THIS TAP WITH THE CAP ON IN 10 MINS THE LAST 1 LITRE TAKES 2 MINS 40 SECS FIRST 500MIL=1 MIN LAST500 MILL1min 40SECS We have cut the base out of a standard old tank and repainted it as shown in the pics black this is not for sale with the fuel cell but to demonstrate how you may modify your own original fuel tank still lighter than original.
