Uring checkout, Please include the following details in the message box. Model and year of the bike. Prefered finish (Glossy or Matte).Once you have ordered you will recieve confirmstion from us. If you forget to add any information then please message us directly as soon as possible, once production has been started it can't be changed. If you are unsure which year your bike is or which finish look best then send us a photo of your bike and we can advise you.
Once you placed your order you will recieve a confirmation message from us, production takes 3=5 days depending on your customisation requests. Please note: altought most of our customers sucsessfully apply the graphics themselves, if you are unsure we recomend taking them to a professional to be applied. Step 1: Before applying the products, make sure your bike is clean, oil-free and mud-free. If possible, be sure to wash your bike with soapy water first and then clean it well with cleaners that will not damage the bike.Step 2: All products are die cut and most parts fit exactly as they are. In parts to be heated or long parts, the parts may lengthen depending on if you pull too hard. After carefully gluing, you need to carefully cut the parts that are outside the fairing with a utility knife. Step 3: Before sticking the pieces, take care to center them well on the place where they will be stuck.
When centering the large pieces, you can use masking tape to fix them on the bike for easy adjustment, this way you can easily adjust and stick the sticker. Step 4: In case of incorrect or wrinkled gluing, you can carefully withdraw the product.
Be careful to use the heater especially in curved areas where you cannot stretch it by hand and be careful not to damage the material. During application, be careful to cut off the parts sticking out of the fairing after the material has cooled down if it is hot.
Step 5: After the application is completed, it would be better to carefully go over all the parts again. It will ensure better adhesion. On any social media platform - we love to see your results.
NOTE: For best results we recommend you use 3M 94 Primer during application especially on the curved areas, and 3M edge sealer for the joint places. You might also like these items.. Once you placed your order you will recieve a confirmation message from us, production takes 3-5 days depending on your customisation requests. HOW TO APPLY YOUR GRAPHIC KIT??????? Step 1: Clean the bike removing any grease and dirt, but don't use any chemicals that leave any residue on the surface of the bike. Blue window cleaning spray works well! Step 2: Cut around the piece that you want to apply as close to the edge as possible. With the backing paper still in place, line up and secure into place on the bike using masking tape. Step 3: Starting at the top of the piece, fold down or cut off the top of the backing paper and secure the graphic into place on the bike.Continue to slowly peel down and apply the graphic to the bike you can remove and reapply if you make an error. The key is to work slowly and have patience!
Step 4: For curved areas FROM A DISTANCE, heat the graphic SLIGHTLY and help it to mould to the shape of the bike. Don't pull the graphic too much, or it will stretch. Just enough to mould it into shape over the curve. Be careful not to overheat. You can use a hairdryer.
You don't need a special heat gun. Step 5: Smaller pieces can be applied by hand without the need to use masking tape. Step 6: Full bonding takes place 12-24 hours after application. BEFORE application, both the bike and the graphics need to come to the same temperature. Between 10oc and 30oc for optimal results. FULL bonding takes place 12-24 hours after application. Riding too soon after application may result in the graphics coming off. Please allow the bonding to take place. Be prepared for everyone to stop you because your bike will look AMAZING????
